Our first flip in Greenville showcases what we love most — turning potential into personality.

We reimagined this 1950s bungalow in Greenville’s Sans Souci neighborhood into a brand new space, full of unique charm & personality. Every inch was updated with care — from hand-painted hardwood floors to custom details that make this home one of a kind. Just steps from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and minutes from downtown, this project shows what thoughtful design and craftsmanship can do for a classic Greenville home. Some of our favorite updates to this home included a new exterior paint palette on the outside, a custom made arched front door, a vintage Dutch door in the back, Tudor-inspired window grids, plus a thoughtfully curated green interior color scheme in the bathroom, kitchen, and eating area.
